The Season of Advent starts Sunday Dec. 1! It is a time of preparation for the Birthday of Jesus! We use the 4 weeks of Advent to prepare for the 3 week celebration of the Birth of Christ!
The color for Advent is purple. In the circular Liturgical Calendar we just finished the large green area.
It is hard to see the purple in this picture…will try to upload a better one later.
