Christmas 2025
O Come Let Us Adore Him!
Dear Family and Friends,
I pray this finds you all well and ready to celebrate Christmas!
The ministry is doing well! We are still working toward getting a house that will work for this ministry and the children we serve.
This year everyone is going to school; I am not homeschooling anyone! Sometimes, a child needs to go to school at home for a variety of reasons and then we work back into regular school.
Myles turned 5 this fall! He is doing well in preschool. He is much more social and participates more this year. He is doing a lot of therapy, OT, PT, SP along with swim and horse OT. He is getting stronger, sitting longer, learning to stand and how to take a step! He is trying hard to learn how to communicate as he understands what is being said.
Eleyna started high school at St. Cecilia’s this fall! It’s been a big adjustment after homeschooling 3rd-8th grade, but she likes it! She decided to be done with gymnastics as she wants to participate in school activities.
Sapphire is still working at the humane society with the cats and helping me here at the house. She and I are learning the art of canning with a friend of ours. At her encouragement we added some chickens to our backyard. While the free eggs are nice, as we embarked on winter, I am wondering what I was thinking.
Being a home for children, children sometimes move on to other places. However, we are a stable, loving home environment for however long or short a time they are with us.
Know that you and your family are in our prayers, please keep us in your prayers!
May you have a Joyous Christmas and Blessed New Year!
